Big Tree Hugo Cocktail

Refreshing, floral and herbal, the Hugo cocktail is perfect for all
occasions. Make this simple spritz with prosecco and a dash of Big Tree Ruby's Elderflower Gin Liqueur.

30ml Big Tree Ruby's Elderflower Gin Liqueur
90ml Dry Australian Prosecco
Fresh lemon slices
Sprig of fresh mint

Fill a stemless wine glass with ice and top with 30ml of Ruby's
Elderflower Gin Liqueur, then top with approximately 90mls of
Prosecco and gently stir to combine. Garnish with slices of fresh lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
