Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide subject to change based on carrier rates and promotions held by Big Tree Distillery which will be stipulated on the Big Tree Distillery website within the announcements banner and applied at checkout

Big Tree Distillery offers a free shipping threshold which is stipulated on the Big Tree Distillery website within the announcements banner which will be applied at checkout.

International Shipping

For international shipping please contact Big Tree Distillery at  info@bigtreedistillery.com.au

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Big Tree Distillery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Due to Big Tree Distillery's remote location, we use a combination of different carriers including our personal courier service to ensure your products are delivered as quickly as possible and in the best possible condition, however, this means we cannot currently provide a tracking service. For peace of mind when your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification (or text message if a mobile number has been provided at checkout) from us letting you know your order is on its way. From receipt of the shipping confirmation, you should expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@bigtreedistillery.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some of our carriers don't provide shipping to P.O. boxes so where possible please provide a street address as the shipping address. If a P.O. box is the only option we will endeavor to ship your product with a carrier that does support P.O. box delivery and contact you if there are any issues.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the return policy page 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bigtreedistillery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
