60ml Big Tree Pinot Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Egg White
15ml Sugar Syrup
Large Scoop of Ice
Method
In a large cocktail shaker add the scoop of ice and all the above ingredients, put the lid on and shake vigorously for the egg whites to fluff up. Strain contents into a tumbler full of ice and garnish with a wheel of orange or lemon.
