One of our most captivating features is that Big Tree is home to two hard working Australian-made copper pot stills, Ian and Beryl. All our award-winning gins and liqueurs are crafted on-site, and we are also busy producing whisky and aging barrels, so there's always something happening.

Come and visit our distillery tasting room and our sun-drenched outdoor seating area, nestled amidst our picturesque distillery gardens. Here, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a gin flight that allows you to sample our signature gins plus you also get to sample all our other gins we have on offer. Alternatively, indulge in a cocktail or two, accompanied by delicious cheese platters, while soaking in breathtaking views of the Cobaw Ranges and farmland. We’re thrilled to reopen the Big Tree Distillery Tasting Room for the season!

Saturday 11am - 5pm

Join us every Saturday until Christmas for farm-crafted gin, cocktails, and a relaxed afternoon in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. Our doors are open, the gardens are green, and the gin is flowing again.

We’re also hosting our much-loved Sunday Sessions on the first Sunday of every month — an afternoon of live music, pizzas, and great company.

Please note, Sundays are reserved for ticketed Sunday Sessions and private group bookings only.
